Hi,
with simple segement you can only select one value , good, but is it possible to unselect value , and make it works like multi-select , when no value is selected , filter doesn't apply ?

Hello Antoine,
First, select Slicer and go-to format in visualization pane, Here you can choose the selection option. If you want to undo the slicer you have an eraser icon on the top of your selected slicer when you hover on the slicer, you can hit that icon for unselecting the fields.
Please check the below screenshot.
