Automated workflow CSV file on Google drive to Power BI

Hi All, I have the following challenge. 

We daily upload a certain CSV file on Google Drive. 

This CSV file is the dynamic datasource for some Power BI Desktop dashboards/reports. 

Within Power BI desktop certain fixed datareshaping and formatting take place. 

My question is how could we automatically upload hourly/daily this new CSV file from Googledrive into Power BI Desktop which secures that also the dashboard in Power BI Services will be refreshed and updated hourly/daily. 

I was thinking about the following work flow but I am sure there a better ones as I am not experienced in setting up such automated work flows and data imports. 

CSV dump in to Google drive - on Google drive this CSV file will be hourby transformed in a Googlessheet by Sheet and Go. From there it will be automatically imported in Power BI by a fixed URL (as seen on Youtube:

As far as I know, there is no elegant way. You could also create a support ticket for assistance.
