Show the second value entered for between slicer in Dynamic title

I am trying to get the second value in yellow (765) entered into the slicer to show in a dynamic title.
I have tried using SELECTEDVALUE, but becuase there are two values in the slicer I think I may need to tweak the measure slightly.

Anyone know how would I acheive this?

@av9 , Try measures like

Max = Maxx(allselected(Param), Param[Value])

Min = Minx(allselected(Param), Param[Value])
