Show item with no data for past but not future

Good day all, I'm having a bit of trouble with this report that I'm doing. Basically, like the picture below, I would like to make it show the dates that have no data on the condition that it is in the past. So since today is the 23rd, it shouldn't show dates for tomorrow and the days after. I could do this manually everyday, but it's something I'd like to have it done with just a refresh. Cheers!
