Show/hide visual object or tab report dynamics

hi there, I would like to show/hide visual objects in  dynamic report, so I have a flag (1,0) so if this flag it set to 1 then show "table visual" hide ("matriz visual")  else if flags set to 0  show "matrix visual" (hide "table visual)"

Another approched is: It have 2 tabs reports (one table visual and other matrix visual) based in condition (flag) show/hide tab....

Is there any workaround to make this possible?

PD. I don't like use boorkmarks

thanks in advance.

@Peter_23

Use Two Report Tabs (Pages) and Conditional Navigation

  • On Page 1, place the Table Visual
  • On Page 2, place the Matrix Visual

Place two buttons on the main page, one that links to Page 1 and one to Page 2.
Use the Format pane > Action settings to set each button to Navigate to the correct page.

Thanks @Kedar_Pande with the two buttons is this possible hide/show?

Hi @Peter_23 , hello Kedar_Pande, thank you for your prompt reply!

There is no property that directly control the visibility of buttons.

As a workaround, you can create a measure that controls the button style colour to a transparent #FFFFFF00 to indirectly hide it.

Make Transparent =
      IF(
         SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[flag])=0,
         "#FFFFFF00", -- returns transparent if condition is True
         "black"
      )

Hi @Peter_23 ,

Thank you for your feedback.

As far as I know, table visual don't have this conditional formatting.
