Can anyone help me on how can i get the average on my table below.

you can write a column as follows:

 

calculate (average (completed) , filter (table , [job#] = earlier ([job#]))

Hi,

Just in case you want a measure, try this

Measure = averagex(all(Data[Trade]),[Completed])

I have assumed that Completed is a measure which you have written.
