Sharepoint Refresh Issue

Hi!

i have a PBI Report connected to some excel file in Sharepoint Online. The report import each file published on this environment. Thera are approximately 20 files. Sometimes when i try to refresh data or trying to explore it in power query i obtain this issue ending with "_api/contextinfo"

After that i can't access the files trough the web browser. This issue append randomly. I tried deleting my credential on PBI Desktop without success. How can i do to solve this problem? thx
