Hi All,
I have a online sharepoint document library where we are dumping usage details of one of our tools. These usage details are text files with a header and one line of text, comma delimited. When attempting to pull this data into powerbi using the sharepoint folder connection it errors out multiple different ways. Sometimes it says it is an Internal Server Error and sometimes it is an OLE DB or ODBC Error. The folder we are pulling from has 413 txt files. I have tried rebuilding the connection as well as a couple of other tweeks to my file with no luck.
Could it be that the sharepoint folder connection is timing out? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your message. This ended up being a text volume issue. Once I exported the text files to the local drive and only had a small volume of text files on the sharepoint drive it began to refresh without any issue.
Hi @Mahyar ,
Usually, if it is timing out, it will pop out error massage of timeout. For your scenario, there are different errors. I think you need to create a support ticket to get a dedicated support. In this way, you will solve the issue quickly.
Best Regards,
Xue Ding
