Set Rows to multiple matrixes

Hi There,

 

I have a dashboard with multiple matrixes and I want it to make easier whenever users want to change the rows of all the matrixes using personalize feature. Currently it is 9 actions but I'd be fantastic to set up a solution so they could swap the rows of all matrixes with 1 action - is it possible?
