Set Default Date when Transforming data

Instead of DDD, DD, MMM, YYYY - how can we change this one? Its not the Regional Setting in the Options.

I know that. But when we initially load the data, I want the dates to be formatted by default.

I dont know who marked this as solved, but this isnt what Im looking for.

you select the column abd then change the format
