Hello,
I have a simple report with a single table in it.
| Account Name | Account Manager | Account Manager Email | %Utilization |
| Account1 | Tamir | tamir@company.com | 80% |
| Account2 | Nadav | nadav@company.com | 91% |
| Account3 | Nadav | nadav@company.com | 85% |
As soon as the [%Utilization] measure exceeds the value of 90%, I would like the Account Manager to get an email alert with atable that shows only the rows that contain his/her associated records.
I need the alert to be triggered by the [%Utilization] measure and not by a planned schedule.
Thank you,
Tamir

I am looking for a solution that supports a table visual and is supporting the scenario I've mentioned.
Your reference, I believe to be for another scenario.
Thanks,
Tamir
The other option is a Data activator, which is in preview .
To use it you should have a fabric capacity and use this from the fabric workspace.
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/fabric/data-activator/data-activator-tutorial
These are all the options for alerts that we have in Power BI.
I can set a threshold...but cannot send it to the associated Account Manager.
The "send to" field, can accept only hard-coded emails, not a parameter.
Any advise?
Thank you,
Tamir
Hi @tamiribas
Power BI has the functionality of alerts with specific visuals like cards/gauges.
If it can help to achieve your goal, please refer to the linked documentation:

From what I've seen, Data Activator can be triggered by schedule only and not by a threshold of a measure as in a dashboard alert
@tamiribas
Refer to the 4-6 steps in the tutorial that I linked
