Hi guys,
is it possible send mail to user's like last 20/30 refreshed shedule timing's from Powerbi Service & Powerbi Server ?

Please check this document about e-mail subscriptions.
Subscribe yourself and others to reports and dashboards in the Power BI service
You can try to choose a Scheduled Time for the subscription .
You also can set a subscription to After Data Refresh for your dashboard or report ,it will still only send an email after the first scheduled refresh.

You should be able to do it using the Power Automate (Flow): https://eriksvensen.wordpress.com/2019/04/17/e-mail-the-selected-record-in-powerbi-with-powerapps-and-flow-and-include-a-csv-file-with-the-records/
