Actually, you can't direct modify data in original tables in data model.
In my opinion, I'd like to suggest you to use union function to create new table with original table and new data.
Table =
UNION (
TableA,
DATATABLE ( "Field1", INTEGER, "Field2", STRING, { { 1, "avc" }, { 2, "tet" } } )
)
Notice: two parameter tables should has same table structure.

As your Reserve Category has different values and if requirement is to have different calculations values for different Reserve Category values. You will either need Nested IF statements or Switch statement.
