Schedule duration analysis

Hi

1) i have a plan dates of Start and Finish for my project activities.

2) i have 2 files. revision1 and 2.

3) want to compare how much these 2 files different.

4) which visualization would be pefect to analyze the data??

I have a report to see schedule duration using one of them.  

but this visulation only put one date in Start date and finish date...?

any good idea?

According to your description, my understanding is that you want to mark the items which are different between versions in the visual, actually, many visual can do that, it depends on your requirement.

We can use a matrix to display it:

Assume that we have two tables like below:

version2version1

Then we can create two measure to judge if the data is different:

Measure = IF(MIN(version1[Finish])<>MIN(version2[Finish]),1,0)
Measure 2 = IF(MIN(version1[Start]) <> MIN(version2[Start]),1,0)

The we can drag the data fields to matrix, then set the conditional formatting for the matrix visual:

The result will like below:
