Same dashboard multiple partners with RLS?

Hey!

We're looking for a new dashboarding tool and are looking into PowerBI right now. Hoping someone could help me with the following question:

We're a company that has multiple partners and in BigQuery we have data from all of them together in BigQuery tables. We want to create a single dashboard but have rules, so they could only see data they are permitted to see (If partner = 'x' show rows where partner in table = 'x', if partner = 'y' show rows where partner in table = 'y' for example). In the documentation I can't seem to find if it's possible to show the same visuals, or that I still have to make multiple duplicate dashboards and it's just a filter I have to put on every dashboard. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/enterprise/service-admin-rls

Thanks in advance!

Hi @MiesGijs
The whole idea of RLS is that you build a single dashboard/report with identical visualizations, and filters are applied automatically based on permission settings, eliminating the need for individual reports/visualizations.

Please refer to the linked video i think this can help :
