    Hi rajasekar_o ,

    Please follow these steps:

    1. Define roles in Power BI Desktop:

Navigate to the Modeling tab and select Manage Roles.

Create three roles: BM, RM, and Full Access.

    For the BM role:

    For the RM role:

For full access, filters are not needed as they should allow access to all data.

If you don't want to see the entire contents of the table, enter the following expression.

    2. Assign users to roles in the Power BI service:

After publishing the report to Power BI Service, go to Dataset Settings.

Under Security, assign users to the roles you defined based on their email addresses.

    3. Test RLS:

In Power BI Desktop, use the View as Role feature to test by simulating different roles.
