Roles based security and Inactive join problem

I have role based security applied in dataset with Bidirectional cross filtering on FactTable(factContract). I wanted to add another facttable(factAgreegateContractMonthly). I am facing two issues.1. I ge inactive join on second fact table , Since Bidirectional filter is applied on first fact table and other Dimensions. 2.If I remove bidirectional filter I have RLS applied on the table and the filter will nto work properly. Please suggest a solution
