Role Level Security

Data Backgroud: The heriachy of data is Divison > Profit Centers, example there are 5 division and under each divions there are many Profit centers (Profit centers are unique to each divison). Each user is under a division and then under that divison there are many profit centers. 

Achived: I was able to achive the dynamic role level security for Divison Level or Role Level.

Problem/Ask: I want to give the fexlibity to the users to switch between divion and their profit center. I know that can be achived using sliccers or filter but want to do that dynamically. 

Please share your idea to tackle this situation.
