Reverse values and columns

I have a dashboard that I'm trying to mimic from Tableau. I have all the data working, but cannot get it formatted correctly.

 

Tableau (what I want):

Power BI (not formatted right):

wrong.png

 

see.png

 

I'm essentially trying to reverse the column headers.

Put the column on the rows and rows where the columns are.
