Restricting multiple slicer selections in power bi using measures or columns

Anonymous ,  Do you want to disable multi-select or you only want the user to only select one slicer value and others to be disabled.

If you want if the user to select values from one slicer and the others are disabled. I doubt that is possible.

I'm not sure what you mean 'restrict', but you could try to use count('slicer'[value]) to get the count of selected value in the slicer.
