Restrict Access to Values

One way might be to separate Amount into a different table in the data model. Include enough information like Outlet and Brand so that you can build a relationship back to your main fact table. Then, you should be able to configure an RLS rule that affects only that one table, even if you have to create a column in that table with some keyword like "Restricted" and then build your RLS rule to exclude anything that has "Restricted" in that column.
