Reproduce calculation

Hello. Is it possible to perform this calculation in PowerBI? (see picture) In reality, it is the calculation between two cells in the same column that causes me problem. Thank you in advance for any indication that would get me out of this mess.

Try this measure:

Measure 2 =
VAR Prev_Record = CALCULATE(MAX(Sheet1[Value]),FILTER(ALL(Sheet1),Sheet1[Date]<MAX(Sheet1[Date])))
RETURN (SUM(Sheet1[Value])-Prev_Record)*SUM(Sheet1[Coef])
