Hello everyone. I have a problem that I can't solve. I hope yo can help me.
Above the report published as 'public' and Under the same report with the necessary permissions.
The first is much nicer and more readable without all the power BI menus.
Is it possible to publish a link under permissions that has the same form as the public one?
I hope I was able to explain myself.
Thank you,
Luca
Public (Clera, Nice)

Hello @audreygerred , thanks for your replay.
I didn't know there was a method to create a link with permission in the app. I usually use the app to publish reports to the workspace and then create the link to publish.
These are my steps:
I suggest sharing reports via apps instead of the workspace. You will still see some of the options along the top, but the left hand side is cleaner.

Can you suggest me how to do it?
Thank you
Sure! Once you have your reports in service (I recommend storing your pbix files in SharePoint, then uploading them from service rather than using the publish button in Desktop, but even if you use teh publish button in Desktop the rest of this will still work) you should see an option to either Create an App or Update App (depending on if you have one already) - I think on your screen it is this option:
From there you will decide which reports and or dashboards to push to the app and who you want to share it with. Here are the instructions: Publish an app in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
See, the reports look cleaner in the app for the end user. I suggest only giving co-collaborators/developers access to workspaces. Report and Dashboard consumers should access via app:

I'll try, thanks
