Report Restriction

1. Are you able to restrict users by page? 

 

For example: Can I give Amy access to Pages 1,2,& 3 and Julie only Pages 1& 2. 

 

2. Is it possible to restrict data by page? 

 

For example: I want the user to have access to all data for one page and restrict data access for the rest of the pages.

No. there are some work arounds, like this:

https://radacad.com/share-different-visual-pages-with-different-security-groups-in-power-bi

Essentially what he's diong is just making different reports

Again, you could do the method above or something similar.

Unsure how this would look, but maybe summary tables of some data and use some type of Row Level Security (RLS). This is an in depth topic, so start here:

You should try the alternatives mentioned by @SteveCampbell , and you can also vote for this idea to improve Power Bi.
