Replicate table

Hi

How do i replicate the table below in power bi. It is a table that is using countif formula. 

The underlying data looks like this 

but putting that into a table into power bi doesnt work (neither does a matrix table). 

any idea on how to replicate?

Unpivot those 3 columns (in Power Query).

You'll then be able to make a matrix with the Count of Values in Values well.
