Remove filter from multiple dates in Summarize and Sumx

Hi,

I have multiple dates and some data I want to be filtered by one date, but other data I want to always be captured regardless of that date. Should I put in a userelationship on the earlier date to capture that data when filtered by the later one?

Here is my formula that I believe needs a filter:

Cost =
var tab=SUMMARIZE(deal,Deal[Sales Force ID],Boat[Final Cost])
return SUMx(tab,'boat'[Final cost])

Using multiple dates how can I remove the date filter on a certain measure?

Thanks!
