Select all columns in question and then right click one of them. Then select Remove Duplicates and that should do the trick.

i want to remove duplicate where id = 0, when remaining id also having duplicate.

How does the process decide *which* row to delete based on the duplicate colums? I want to ensure it deletes the right one based on the quality ranking I have given the records.
Always the first row gets removed
