Relationship not working

I created a relationship between two tables . One column has unique values and the other one has duplicate values. Both has same data type , relation cardinality is many-to-One . Relation is active but its not working and not returning the exact result. What can be the issue . I need to finalize the reports but they arent working for me .

This is the snapshot of model. Please help me to resolve this issue asap

Try turning cross-direction filtering in one direction from user table to transasction log table.

Please mark my solution as accepted if it works.

i tried it didnt work too

 

Can you share exact error you are facing or sample data with expected output?
