My related function and other lookupvalue functions just return a blank value. I have set up a one to many relationship but it doesn't appear to do anything. Any thoughts?
The expected result table would have the account numbers on the many table that align with the account Id's. I basically need to get data from the single table to the many table.
Hi, @elliottharrison
Can you make it more clear? What does your expected table look like?
Best Regards,
Caiyun Zheng
So, I really need to work from the many side to the one side. All the existing graphs are on the many side and I'm trying to avoid re-creating the whole dashboard. I just need two columns on the one side and they are both 1 to many on the many side.
Here is a screenshot of some sample data I made to show the table structure:
I have the AccountName and Numbers in both SQL tables but I would like to leave them blank in the many table so that I can save processing power on my python Table since they already exist in the one table.
If what I'm trying to do isn't possible I can just code through it in Python it just won't be as effecient 🙂
@elliottharrison , related should work from 1 to Many side. A new column on many side of the table from one side. If you have data available.
Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
What exactly are you doing - please supply examples and data.
Phil
