Regarding the custom visuals chart from XVIZ

I used a Xviz chart  but this chart licence   is active when I used  the normal BI Servic or in my local report 
when shared with public link or email  ont his chart this popup is coming  so 
How can  resolve this  popup I do not want in this in public link. mention Chart link

The xViz visual requires a license per viewer, not just for the report creator. That means every person who views the report needs to be licensed.

When you share the report via a public link or email, viewers are not authenticated, so the visual shows a license popup. This is expected behavior, as public links are not supported under the standard license.

To explore alternatives like enterprise licensing or other deployment options, I recommend contacting xViz support directly.

As i mentioned you need to check these issues with their support.
This is not a power bi issue.
