Regarding the custom visuals chart from XVIZ

Super UserThe xViz visual requires a license per viewer, not just for the report creator. That means every person who views the report needs to be licensed.
When you share the report via a public link or email, viewers are not authenticated, so the visual shows a license popup. This is expected behavior, as public links are not supported under the standard license.
To explore alternatives like enterprise licensing or other deployment options, I recommend contacting xViz support directly.
