I want to add image in a dashboard. Pic 1: I have pasted my url link in the column, pic 2: changed type to image url, pic 3 when i see it in the dashboard pic not refelecting.

You can use URL links in Power BI by moving the column containing these url links to your report and setting their Data Category as sown below under MODELLING tab:
If you can provide some screenshots on your input data, that will be really helpful.
