Refreshing Error - Schedule Refresh Error - Query Editor Error

Hello,

 

I have been experiencing issues when manually refreshing the desktop or scheduling a daily refresh on the web version. The errors seem to be this query "Get_GLAccountBalance." When selecting "View Errors," the query editor loads, but it closes back automatically, but when I got into the query editor manually, I can see the same error going back to 2020. I am new to this data set and have no idea why this could be happening.

 

Any help is much appreciated.
