Found the issue in a complicated measure and then tested with only CountRows() along with a Calculate(). When I change slicer selections CountRows() always showed the result of the whole table but Calculate() gave the filtered table.
TopN() has same issue.
@harryhhj , hope you are using
CountRows(table)
refer for TOPN

Thanks Amitchandak, what I found in my testing is calculate(distinctcount(topN(allexcept(table, column1))) didn't respond to slicers on column1 correctly. I didn't test more but feel that many functions don't work correctly with filter context (very likely a bug).
