HELP! How to fix this error

I'm newbie
I just installed and this error appear, i can't sign in on PowerBI
Microsoft.Data.Mashup.Preview.DownloadManifestResult+JsonRemoteExtensionInfoArray.Encountered unexpected character '<'

tien , Make sure no windows updates are pending. If there are any installed those first. Uninstall and install power bi again.

I'm getting the same issue in JAN23 version but only when our corporate policy blocks internet access. Once approved for internet access then i don't get the error at launch
