Refresh in PowerBI not Removing Rows

Hi all,

I am having a bit of a strange issue in PowerBI. In the excel source file, I have deleted a few rows that contain duplicate values and are not needed in the dataset.

However, when I save the file and hit Refresh in PowerBI, those rows are not being removed from the dataset.

I have done this same process before and have not had any issues until now.

Is there any reason this may be happening?

Hi @xDaniellaM did you go to PowerQuery and check results? If not, go there and press Refres all there. Hope this help.

Thank you for your response. I did check PowerQuery and even when I hit refresh there, the rows are not being removed.

Hi @xDaniellaM you need to check what is really source for your pbi / power query and check on simple data. In addition, check did you filter something.
