Refresh in PowerBI not Removing Rows

Hi all,

 

I am having a bit of a strange issue in PowerBI. In the excel source file, I have deleted a few rows that contain duplicate values and are not needed in the dataset.

 

However, when I save the file and hit Refresh in PowerBI, those rows are not being removed from the dataset.

 

I have done this same process before and have not had any issues until now.

 

Is there any reason this may be happening?

    Hi xDaniellaM did you go to PowerQuery and check results? If not, go there and press Refres all there. Hope this help.

      Thank you for your response. I did check PowerQuery and even when I hit refresh there, the rows are not being removed.

        Hi xDaniellaM you need to check what is really source for your pbi / power query and check on simple data. In addition, check did you filter something.
