Hello,
I have a dashboard that encounters an error during refresh, as shown in the uploaded image. To resolve it, I have to manually refresh in Transform Query and save the file to complete the process.
The data is connected through a Sharepoint Folder.
Please Help!!!!

Hi @Sharvari2102 This error in Power BI typically occurs due to privacy level settings or issues with data source permissions.
File=>Options and Settings=>Under Current File => Privacy Options and set the Ignore Privacy Levels option.

It worked for me.
You've hit a formula firewall error because you're trying to combine different data source types (excel with web, etc) by merging or appending and they're both from separate queries and with different privacy settings.
The surefire solution based on experience is to puth both queries into one (no external query being referenced at all). Of course, that would be too much if you're just starting. Fortunately, you are not the only one who has experienced and several blogs have been written to address this problem:
