Refresh Error

Hello, I have been experiencing these refreshing issues since last Monday (11/13). I understand that BI is still experiencing global issues as of this morning. However, my coworker who has access to the same report was able to successfully refresh. I am not sure why the issue is specific to me.

Hi @uscoove1 ,

 

This error seems that you don't have access to the data source. Please make sure your machine has access to the data source.

For example, if your data source is SQL Server and machine don't have access to the database. And you use the windows credentials to authentication, then you will get this error. You can try to use sql credentials to authentication and try again.

Running Power BI desktop as an administrator seems to have fixed my issues. I believe there was credential issues when running BI as a personal.

This error seems that you don't have access to the data source. Please make sure your machine has access to the data source.

@uscoove1 , Clear Browser cache and refer and try again.
