İs there anyway to put " the refresh time of report "into the dashboard of the report.İ want that when i refresh the report at the corner of dashboard refresh time will seem.

One way would be to create a calculated column in the model to store current Datetime.
Build a card visual to show the Datetime value inside report somewhere.
Then pin this card to the dashboard along with other required visuals.
Make sure you create calculated column and not measure, because the value needs to refresh only when dataset is refershed which is achieved by calculated column.

Hi
I am getting data from VSTS using online services connector and have created a calcuated column based on current time.
The refresh date is fine when i do the referesh from desktop as it takes local time, but when the report is refreshed in power BI service it gives the date in UTC format.
Any pointers how it can be converted to local time zone.
