Reference labels formatting issues
I'm trying the new feature reference labels of the new card KPI visual. I encounter multiple issues:
1. Choosing the right display units
The values in the reference labels do not respond to the selected display unit
2. Choosing the right value decimal places
The values in the reference labels do not respond to the selected decimal places
3. Showing pct instead of decimal number
When showing a measure which is formatted as a percentage, the number shows as a decimal number instead of a percentage
I have tried various thing to mitigate this such as changing the data type and using the available formatting options of the measures themselves.

Hi,
I am having issues with Reference label Detail. All looks fine in desktop, however when published to Service, the Detail measure drops off.
When try to re apply it in the Service, the whole visual produces an error.
Really like these new features but would be good to have them a bit more stable
Thanks!

Having the same issue as you.
In the meantime while Microsoft fixes this bug, you can wrap the reference label measure in a FORMAT function like this, which led to the correct auto formatting in terms of display units and decimal places in my case:

Just noticed this, the formatting option is present inside the [Reference labels] setting as well!
In the [Detail] or [Value] options of the [Rreference label], in [Display units] dropdown you can use the "Custom" option at the end to define the formatting required.
But wierd why the formatting is not automatically detected.

Excellent find.
However, the formating on some measures seems to be locked for me, even with the custom settings. It is a bit random, and still an issue.

And same here. There has been an updated PowerBI desktop application, but unfortunately that does not resolve the issue. I also have the same issue with the sample document that has been released, so maybe we just have to be a bit more patient?
