Anonymous , First create a measure for Capacity
Capacity__ = SUM(Sites[Capacity]) * 1000
Then create the measure for CF
CF =
DIVIDE(
SUM(MeterVolume[ENERGY_GENERATION_VOLUME]),
[Capacity__] * SUM(Calendar[Days in Month]) * 24
)
This measure can now be used in your bar chart in Power BI.
