Hi
I have a sales transaction table and a customer dimension table.
I would like to create one calculated table that indicates the rank of the total sales per customer ID, but also include all the dimension columns I would like to add.
I would then like to be able to use the calculated table in my visuals in order to show top X customers, for all visuals made from the calculated table. With a TopN slicer using the Rank N value, from the calculated table.
Eg.
Sales Transaction table:
Sales Date, Customer ID, Sales Amount
Customer Dimension table:
Customer ID, Age, Email, Location, Name
Calculated Table:
Sales Rank, Customer ID, Total Sales (based on date selection on overal page), Customer Age, Email, Location, Name
Visuals on Page:
Slicer: Sales Rank
Table:
Sales Rank, Customer name, Email, Total Sales
Pie Chart:
Customer Age
All visuals on the page should update to show the Top N based on the sales rank. As well as only include sales in the calculated table based on the date period selected.
Hello @rosh
I suggest you share your sample data(without privacy), otherwise no one would like to help you.
