Rank based on filter

Hello, I am trying to change the order of my table.  I have imported data from Peloton Wellview, have filtered (Basic Filtering) so that I only see selected fields.  I would now like to change the order i am looking at them.  Any ideas?

You may use RANKX Function to add a measure.
