Based on your description, I used my following sample data.

I went to  ‘Visualization’ pane and configured ‘Data colors’ and ‘Data Labels’ as follows in the ‘Format’ area.

Result:

If I misunderstand your thought, please show me your sample data and expected output. Do mask sensitive data before uploading. I am glad to solve the problem for you.

You took the index in category - my issues is the column - score i added in Y axis is not showing any value even if i switch on data label.
