URL default chain Icon not displaying in table
Hello,
I completed the DEC-2019 update, After the update had completed I relaunched the software and now a report I use that used to have the URL chain icon dislayed in a table is now blank. Prior to the upgrade this was not an issue.
If I turn the Icon toggle off the full URL displays and is able to be clicked.
Screen shot of missing URL default icon:
Screen shot of toggling the URL icon off:
Some additional notes:
- Others who open the report stil have the URL Icon and they are on the newest verision like myself.
- I have attemped the below so far
- Un-installed software and re-installed (same outcome)
- Un-installed software, removed registry entries, Temp files, rebooted, re-downloaded install file, installed (same outcome)
Is anyone else having this issue? Appericate any help anyone can think of.
Regards,
DanA
Hello,
I was able to get this issue resolved, I had to uninstall the software. Then go and delete all the remaing left over old files / folders in the PC from both users and microsoft main folder. then reboot and re-install and the issue is now corrected. I can only assume something got corrupted when I did the DEC-2019 update.
Thanks,
