How can I compute the resolution time per ticket category and status category?
These are the cases:
1. Time created (RESOLVED) - Time created (IN PROGRESS)
2. (Time created (PENDING) - Time created (IN PROGRESS))+(Time created (RESOLVED) - Time created (IN PROGRESS))
3. (Time created (PENDING) - Time created (IN PROGRESS))+(Time created (PENDING) - Time created (IN PROGRESS)) + (Time created (RESOLVED) - Time created (IN PROGRESS))
