Issue connecting to our Data

Some of our employees when they are trying to use Power BI Desktop and trying to connect to a dataset from their laptop that is out on Power BI Service instance all they are able to see is a loading screen (first pic below).  However when they login to a different machine that has Power BI Desktop installed and try to connect to the same dataset after they login to Power BI Desktop it works (second pic below). They have admin access to the workspace that the dataset is in and have been able to do this in the past from their laptop.  Does anyone know why this would not be working on their laptops? We have tried clearing the cache and uninstalling and reinstalling Power BI Desktop on their laptops but nothing seems to be working.  Does something in the Power BI Desktop directory on the file system need to be deleted?  We have tried all options that we found online but nothing is working. NotWorking.pngWorking.png

@amitchandak Just wondering if you saw the last post.  Any idea why this would be happening?

@chartley , Log out and log in again on those desktops, where it not working.

Try this setting too

Go to File-> Options and settings -> Options -> Security Option -> and check : Use My Default browser( Visible after scroll)

if needed, clear the cache of the default browser

@amitchandak I just talked with one of our report writers and they did exactly what your directorions said to do. Along with restarting their laptop and making sure that setting is checked and the same thing is happening.  No change.

@amitchandak We did some other testing.  We had the individuals this is happening too login to Power BI Desktop form a users computer that this is NOT happening too and everything works correctly, and they are running the same version of the Power BI Desktop software which is the latest version.  Is there any reason why this would be happening on one users laptop when it works for them on another users laptop running the same version of the software?  Seems like there is an issue with the system itself or with their profile that is not allowing this to work properly.  Any ideas why this would be happening?
