Today I installed Power Bi for a user from our Corporate pool.
the installation went well after right at the end when this error message appeared (see attachment).
Presuambly this means that the installation is not complete.
What exactly is it telling me? Some sort of permissions required I guess.
How do I fix it?
Please advise.
Finally found how to log ticket. there was not an explicit category fro installation so choose gateway issues.
Ticket is 2306010050000033.
Now to wait for Microsoft.

I haven't found any similar issue before. In my opinion, I'd like to suggest you submit a support ticket to get further support from power bi team.

Thank you for your reply. I followed the link into your screen shot and it took me to the Microsoft Fbaric support which does not seem to have a link or button to lodge a support ticket.
