Query features cannot be used ..... error message during Pro installation

Gudday Today I installed Power Bi for a user from our Corporate pool. the installation went well after right at the end when this error message appeared (see attachment).   Presuambly this ...

Dear pratyashasamal 

Thank you for your reply. I followed the link into your screen shot and it took me to the Microsoft Fbaric support which does not seem to have a link or button to lodge a support ticket.
